Libary Tree Branch Shelf by Olivier Dolle

Fall is almost here! It is ridiculous how excited I am. In honor of the upcoming season change, here is a unique shelf design by French artisan and designer, Olivier Dolle. Named the Library Tree Branch (or Bibliotheque Tree Branch), this unique nature-inspired shelf takes a unique approach to presentation and interior design by turning the wall into a usable space, creating a poetic piece that is both sculptural and functional.

The tree branch makes this much more than a library — the aesthetics alone is enough to dress up your wall. Its hollow structure composed 80 pieces of birch plywood and veneered oak wire makes it light but sturdy. I am absolutely in love with this furniture design.

This shelf design comes in Oak colorless wood, American walnut, and black stained wood. You can check out more info on the shelf here.

If you take a look at his work here, the tree branch — coupled with its arches and curves — is very much his trademark.

Loving Olivier Dolle’s work? Please share this post with your friends!
