Etsy Wednesday: Star Wars Terrariums by Tony Larson

You might have noticed that we’re in love with terrariums here on Redesign! We found some great terrariums yet again for Etsy Wednesday. But today’s Etsy find is a little different from traditional terrariums: these terrariums, designed and sold by Tony Larson of The Wonder Room, are all Star Wars themed. Yes, you can nerd it out to your heart’s content with these Sci-Fi loving Yoda, R2D2, and Ewok-centric pieces to beautify your space in a way that truly represents you.

Tony Larson is a Minneapolis-based artist whose Etsy shop features all kinds of miniature, handmade delights that will “bring a little wonder to any room.” To create these Yoda, R2D2, and Ewok terrariums, Larson placed the plastic figurines in otherwise traditionally made terrariums. The clear glass balls range from 5 to 7 inches in diameter and can either sit up-right on a table or hang with a small wire connected to the top hook. They’re a little pricey compared to other terrariums, but you’re paying for the novelty!

You can get a mini R2D2 terrarium for $104 + shipping. The Yoda terrarium sells for $95 + shipping. I’m not 100% sure if the Ewok terrarium is for sale anymore — if anyone can find it in his store, let me know!
